Until the approval of the project, you only need 10% of the purchase price of the family house.
How the process of buying a house works:
- After signing the reservation contract, you pay a reservation fee of 3 % of the purchase price incl. VAT.
- Subsequently, during the reservation period of 30 days from the signing of the reservation contract, a future purchase contract will be concluded, with the signature of which you will only pay 7 % of the purchase price incl. VAT.
- You will pay the remaining 90 % of the purchase price of the house after the approval of the project before signing the purchase contract. So you have enough time to settle the mortgage loan, and at the same time, until the project is completed, you have the opportunity to work with your savings, which you have earmarked for the purchase of your own home.
