About the project

You can find the Na Malé Růži project in the municipality of Drahelčice, just 10 minutes west of Prague. It is a family-oriented area consisting of terraced houses, detached houses and semi-detached houses. The investor behind the residential project is the development group F&S Invest a.s.

The history of the project’s construction dates back to 2012. At present, six phases have already been completed, thanks to which 263 families have found their home at Na Malé Růži. The project’s location in close proximity to Prague makes it an ideal place if you want to escape the bustle of the big city, while still needing to commute there for work.

The municipality of Drahelčice, together with neighbouring Rudná, provides civic amenities including schools, a medical centre and many shops and restaurants. The surrounding countryside is ideal for cycling, and the Křivoklátsko Protected Landscape Area will delight you on many a family trip.

You can find the Na Malé Růži project in Drahelčice, right next to Rudná near Prague. If you drive from Prague towards Plzeň, you will reach your destination via the D5 motorway in 10 minutes. Would you like to leave your car at home? You can also conveniently get to Drahelčice by PID bus line 307. In Drahelčice itself and neighbouring Rudná, you will also find all civic amenities, so everything you need is close at hand. For your leisure time, there is the nearby Kačák River Basin Nature Park and plenty of cycle paths. Or take a trip to nearby Karlštejn.
