7th Phase – Your New Home Is Now Available
About the projectThis is already the 7th phase of the successful construction of the Na Malé Růži residential project in the municipality of Drahelčice in the Prague-West area. Phase 7 consists of a total of 24 energy-efficient family houses, 3 apartment buildings with a total of 31 residential units and 2 commercial premises, equipped with many modern technologies.
Here you will find semi-detached houses with covered parking spaces, semi-detached houses with uncovered parking spaces, or spacious triplex houses with garages. In addition, all houses have their own outdoor terrace, garden and parking space directly on the plot, and will be connected to a high-speed fibre-optic data network enabling comfortable work from home.
