About project
The Na Malé Růži project can be found in the village of Drahelčice, just 10 minutes west of Prague. This is a family area consisting of terraced houses, detached houses and semi-detached houses. The project is located in the well-equipped suburban area of Rudná. The developer group F&S Invest a.s. is the investor behind the residential project.
Construction began in 2012. Currently, we have already completed five successfully completed stages, thanks to which 223 families have already found their homes in Na Malé Růži. All are storeyed and have their own plot of land, designed according to the specific layout of the property. You can find the Na Malé Růži project in Drahelčice right next to Rudná u Prahy. If you drive from Prague in the direction of Pilsen, you will reach your destination in 10 minutes on the D5 highway. Do you want to leave the car at home? You can also easily get to Drahelčice by PID bus line 307. In Drahelčice itself and neighboring Rudná you will also find all civic amenities, so everything you need is at hand. For your free time, there is the nearby Povodí Kačáku nature park and many cycle paths. Or take a trip to nearby Karlštejn. And soon you will certainly discover your own favorite places, because at Na Malé Růži you have the picturesque Berun countryside literally around the corner.
